OK, we need to have posters printed by monday (which is a week before the exhibition) so this means that we need to have secured the artworks we need, decide which ones we're using, write a press release (this can't be done til we've picked the artworks) design the poster and printed them, all BY THIS MONDAY!!! (28th) We also need to send out invitations to all the tutors, the students whose work we've used and that John Butler guy.

People need to decide which roles they want to take. Charley and I are writing the press release but again we can't do this until we have the artwork sorted!! We need to divide the group up. Who wants to do:
-Posters/Invitations/publicity
-Getting the art together/curation
-Hanging/curation

I'm up for making posters too, and I think Craig is aswell!
I'll be in tomorrow from 11.00 and will be up for starting on the posters fliers etc. then. If anyone else wants to help text me 0781 722 6831. I think tomorrow would be a very good day as it's totally free!

Hey Max, will come meet you tomorrow in the studio. Got some ideas thought through. Would be a wicked idea to do it in the print workshop, will make them much more authentic then get them photocopied to hand out, we'll try getting them done by this week. As for the press release, trying to fit it in with the posters would be great (display wise) font etc.

yeah i'll buy the masks and dec and i were looking at red tape that doesn't cost much to put down the white walls so the walls have stripes down them. And there is red and white poc a dot fabric or stripes at the rag market for the fake curtains. but having a contrast would look more effective. i could do the whole room for less than £15 so could everybody bring in 2.50? monday

I think maybe one wall will do, if even one at all, we don't want to take too much focus away from the work. As for polka dot it doesn't really fit with the theme, stripes would maybe be more effective. We also had the idea of decorating the plinths like circus platforms so having too much decoration is just going to end up looking crazy especially when it hasn't been tried and tested.
Iv had two more confirmations of work from the balls of teddies and another piece of work we found..
